I’m Susan McKendry—a wife, mother, retired safety professional, and proud Hoosier with a lifelong commitment to service, accountability, and community. My husband and I chose Crown Point as the place to raise our family because of its strong schools, welcoming neighborhoods, and small-town character. After more than 26 years helping organizations solve problems, manage risk, and protect people, I’m running for Mayor because I believe Crown Point deserves transparent leadership, responsible growth, and a city government that always puts residents, business owners and it's employees first.
